Healthy Treat: Flourless Banana Bread

If you're craving a treat, this banana bread is healthy, has only 5 ingredients (+toppings) and is gluten free!

What you'll need:

  • Loaf/baking pan
  • Hand mixer


  • 3 ripe bananas 
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of natural maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 large eggs

Optional toppings

  • Chocolate chips
  • Almond slices
  • Walnuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp hearts


  1.  Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease your baking pan
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all 5 main ingredients with a hand mixer until completely smooth. Pour batter into baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. A good indication is that the loaf edges will begin to brown.
  3. Let loaf cool in pan. Store in refrigerator in a sealed container.
